Less CO2 emissions through efficient fuel consumption
Volga-Dnepr has been giving precise attention to efficient fuel consumption and introduced several initiatives aimed at reducing harmful effects on the environment. Initiatives include a decrease of additional fuel consumption, accuracy of loading calculations, optimal in-flight speed, flight mode, and routing.
Digitization and the environment
The Company has partially digitized its services and data, reducing paper consumption. Whether it is ensuring responsible fuel consumption, performing innovative recycling, or loading technologies, Volga-Dnepr is always on board with new eco-friendly alternatives.
GoGreen initiatives and campaigns
The GoGreen program is implemented at the initiative of the Сorporate university. Employees of the Сompany and their families are actively involved in environmental projects, such as cleaning parks and coastal areas, sorting and recycling garbage, campaigns to reduce the use of paper, electricity, and water in the Сompany’s offices, and environmental education.
Such thorough work enables the introduction of equipment, technologies, materials, and technological processes that take into account modern environmental requirements and help reduce the negative impact on the environment.
