The fleet of Volga-Dnepr Airlines consists of unique transport aircraft — An-124 and Il-76. In 1991, the company established its own aviation technical base to maintain the airworthiness of the fleet.
Over 35 years, our specialists have accumulated an immense volume of knowledge, acquired invaluable experience and competencies and are ready to provide maintenance and repair services for domestic and foreign components not only within the airline, but also for third-party organizations.

- Composite and Sheet Metal Repair;
- Repair of power plant reversing devices;
- Repair of electromechanical equipment;
- Technical diagnostics and non-destructive testing of PS-90, D-18;
- Analysis of working fluids (oil for impurities, purity);
- Repair of wheels and brakes and implementation of a service life extension program;
- Repair of power plants (module repair and maintenance of D-18T);
- Components’ repair of pneumatic and hydraulic systems;
- Laboratory tests and repair of components, aviation and radio-electronic equipment;

- Completion of bulletins on the overhaul of the Il-76 and An-124 landing gear;
- Repair of the Il-76 landing gear;
- Weighing of An-124 and Il-76 aircraft;

- Manufacturing of aviation technical assets (bushings, repair bolts, sheet, milled parts);
- Manufacturing of tooling and ground support equipment.
The aviation technical base operates on the basis of the certificate of conformity of the maintenance organization to the requirements of FAP-285 No.
